Simply fill out the form and send us your patient with all of their necessary medications (including a sufficient number of IV fluid bags if applicable) and relevant medical records, and we will hospitalize and monitor them overnight for a special, low rate offered only to your existing clients. At the end of the patient’s visit, we will email you any medical records generated at our clinic pertaining to their hospitalization to ensure that they continue to receive the best veterinary care possible between your clinic and ours.
